We print straight onto the foil
Our direct foil-print helps to prevent the pad from splitting itself. Cheap pads are often made with printed paper – and are therefore mostly ill-looking and worthless after a short space of time.

We use solvent-free acrylic-adhesives
Hereby we avoid the base peeling itself off from the surface material. Therefore the pads keep their shape und are not, like other pads made with screen-print-adhesives, thrown away after a short space of time.

We use UV-stabilized PVC
Our pads are made with specially treated surface materials which protect against sunlight and its after effects.

We are against “smelly pads“
Quality can be recognized by it’s odour. Cheap pads often produce a strong smell. The pads from IMTC however are made of nearest possible scent-free materials. Best conditions for a long-lasting performance on the job.

… environmentally friendly with certificate
Must a pad fulfil especially high requirements towards being environmental friendly you will find in our range of possibilities a number of suitable components. Our base F01 for example: the super-flat, odourless and cadmium-free material is made according to a special formula, exclusively developed for IMTC. It meets various environmental requirements such as

• the EU-Standard EN 71/3 and

• DIN 53160 for toys

• Also saliva- and sweat proof!

… Heat resistant
Our material “HOT“ can endure temperatures of up to 100°C. An ideal component for coasters and table mats.

… Moisture resistant
Our “High Frequency“ for example: the high-colour surface lamination is especially moisture resistant.

… Recyclable
Even though the pads from IMTC last longer than some others we have even thought of their disposal. Most of our pads are fit to be 100% recyclable or are already made of recycled material such as our leather-pad.

All components we use are made in the EU –
90% of them in Germany.
Most of our materials are exclusively developed and produced in cooperation with our suppliers here on our site. This enables us to implement convincing innovations in a very short space of time. Apart from ensuring decent pads this also ensures employment.
